• Airport pick-up :

• Rate includes a 30 minutes waiting time after flight arrival. Additional waiting time is charged at 135 .- per hour for a limousine and 210.- per hour for a minivan 

• Other locations

• Rate includes a 15 minutes waiting time after scheduled pick-up time Additional waiting time is charged at 135 .- per hour for a limousine and 210.- per hour for a minivan  

Cancellation policy : 

Reservation cancellation is only valid per mail: infos@gvalimo.ch

• 24 hours before pick-up, no charge
• Less than 24 hours before pick-up 100% charge

Cancellation policy is not valid during major events such as Watches & Wonders, EBACE, etc.

Luggage insurance :

Geneva Limousine Sarl is not responsible for damage or theft of items left in vehicles. Geneva Limousine Sarl reserves the right to charge delivery fees for the return of lost items if they are found.

Credit Cards : We do accept all major credit cards : American Express, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, Diners.

Payment in advance :   For all customers domiciled outside Switzerland, payment in advance is required.

Driver hours :

Maximum 15 hours per day / per driver (including garage to garage), a maximum driving time of 9 hours and a minimum rest time of 11 hours per day (occasionally, this time may be reduced to a minimum of 9 hours). if the 15-hour limit is exceeded, the driver must be replaced by a new one. These are legal requirements which are regularly monitored by the Swiss law enforcement authorities.
